To help maintain your business THIEME KPX can offer you a complete customer service package.
The continuous running of your THIEME equipment will ensure that your orders will be printed on time. For this reason, we offer a team of fully trained THIEME service engineers.
Service
Being the sole UK & Ireland Service Partner for THIEME GmbH we are fully supported to offer a wide range of service packages
With this in mind, we have full control of all aspects of machine repairs and spare parts.
We have in house manufacturing facilities and a range of comprehensive THIEME stocked parts.
Each field service engineer has a fully stocked vehicle containing an extensive range of replacement parts, programming facilities and are backed up by THIEME’s Central Service Centre in Germany.
Service Agreements
THIEME recommend that their equipment is serviced to manufacturer’s specification every 2000 hours or annually subject to operating hours.
To facilitate this we are able to offer a range of comprehensive service agreements to suit your type of THIEME equipment
Specific standard service parts are fitted on each service and, in the case of Multicolour Lines, a pre assessment is undertaken prior to the service date to identify any additional requirements.
This ensures that accurate costs are identified prior to any works being undertaken.
Spare Parts
Based in Huddersfield – UK, we have a manned stores department and hold a comprehensive range of replacement parts that can be dispatched to the customer the same day.
Technical advice is available from our engineer to ensure you receive the correct part when ordering.
Machinery Relocation
Having relocated machinery and equipment throughout the UK, Europe, Far East, South Africa and Australia our team of engineers are fully conversant with machine relocation and re installation.
Being conversant and compliant with Health and Safety and insurance requirements we ensure that all relocations are carried out safely and efficiently.
